A lifelong educator and leadership expert, Gary has spent decades helping people understand complicated systems and take ownership of what comes next. He’s trained thousands—executives, managers, and teams—on accountability, communication, and high‑performance culture. His entrepreneurial work earned an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Michigan service companies.

His journey began at Schoolcraft College, earning an Associate of Arts and later serving as President of its Foundation Board of Governors. He was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Recognition Award and co‑founded Infinite Learning, creating practical training on leadership, “personal takeover,” and building strong teams.
