What we collect

• Orders: Name, email, shipping details, and payment info processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Reviews: Name, rating, review text, optional socials/website, and optional video. Videos are stored via Cloudflare R2 and may be processed by Mux for playback.
• Contact: Name, email, message, and topic when you submit the contact form.
• Analytics: Basic usage data (pages, device/browser) via Vercel Analytics to keep the site reliable.

How we use your information

• Process orders and deliver ebooks or hardcovers.
• Publish approved reviews (text and video) on the site and in marketing materials if consent is given.
• Respond to contact requests and support inquiries.
• Improve site performance and detect abuse.

Sharing

• Payments: Stripe handles payment processing. Stripe receives payment details and order metadata.
• Storage/Media: Cloudflare R2 stores uploads; Mux may transcode video for playback.
• Service providers: Email providers (e.g., Postmark) for order receipts and contact replies.
• We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for sessions and security, and analytics via Vercel. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

Retention

Order records are kept for tax and accounting. Reviews remain published until removed. Contact messages are retained as long as needed to respond.

Your choices

• Request removal of a review or video you posted.
• Request deletion of contact messages you sent.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Security

We use TLS for data in transit and rely on reputable providers (Stripe, Cloudflare, Mux, Vercel). No method is 100% secure; contact us if you suspect an issue.
