Video reviews with clear audio and steady visuals surface higher. We use the uploaded Mux playback to ensure it streams smoothly.

Approved only

Every review is moderated. Only approved posts appear on the wall—no spam, no bots, no off-topic content.

Fresh & relevant

Within the same score band, newer reviews and verified buyer notes are nudged up to keep the wall current.

Human override

If something feels off, we can manually adjust placement or hide a review to keep the experience high quality.
